The Draft Prospectus of Anadolu Mikronize Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and the Board of Directors' Decision on Fund Utilisation are currently under review by the Capital Markets Board and have not yet been approved by the Board. Following the approval of the Board, the finalised Prospectus will be announced separately.
