Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), our Company, which has the title of Data Controller, is hereby presented to your information the following explanations regarding the processing and protection of your personal data and special personal data in order to fulfill its obligation to inform arising from Article 10 of the KVKK. The term “personal data” in this document is used to include special personal data.

In order to fulfill our obligations arising from the law, to plan our administrative and personnel affairs, and to ensure that our company processes are carried out in accordance with the law and our company policies, we record and process your personal data obtained for commercial activities, human resources practices and security measures in printed and/or wet-signed or electronic media. We would like to state that we will not have any responsibility within the scope of the KVKK and other legislation regarding the information and documents you provide to us other than the information requested from you for these purposes. Personal data is collected, used, recorded, stored and processed by our Company by providing clear and understandable written information to personal data owners, and if necessary, by obtaining their explicit consent, in accordance with the law and rules of honesty, in connection with and limited to the legitimate purpose clearly stated above, within the framework of the principle of proportionality. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of Labor Law and Occupational Health and Safety legislation, as well as other relevant articles of law, in accordance with Article 5/2/a of the KVKK and is transferred to the persons and institutions listed above.

In addition, your personal data is processed and shared with the persons and institutions listed above within the framework of the following legal reasons under Article 5/2 of the KVKK:

• It is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or another person who is unable to express his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid;

Your personal data will be protected in accordance with the storage periods specified in the relevant legal legislation, and will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK at the end of the period.

Your personal data is processed and stored in a way that only authorized persons can access, provided that it is not used for purposes other than the stated purpose and scope, and all other necessary information security measures are taken in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss or damage in the environments where they are processed and stored.
