1. Mining and Raw Material Extraction
The calcite production process begins with the extraction of raw materials from mines where rich calcium carbonate deposits are located. Our mines located in Niğde province have high purity calcite reserves. Here, calcite minerals are extracted with advanced mining techniques and environmentally friendly methods.
2. Crushing and Screening
The extracted raw calcite is first subjected to crushing and screening processes. At this stage, large rock pieces are separated into smaller pieces in crushing machines and brought to the desired sizes. The screening process ensures that the broken calcite pieces are separated according to their sizes.
3. Grinding
The grinding process is carried out to make calcite suitable for industrial use. High-tech grinding machines are used in the production of micronized calcite. These machines grind calcite particles down to micron sizes, ensuring that a very fine and homogeneous powder is obtained.
4. Classification and Packaging
After the grinding process, the calcite powder is subjected to the classification process. At this stage, the quality and purity of the product are checked and its compliance with certain standards is ensured. The classified calcite is packaged using appropriate packaging materials and made ready for shipment.
5. Quality Control and Certification
